At Storéa, our artworks are professionally produced and shipped after an order is placed. We aim to ensure every piece is prepared carefully and delivered securely.
Production and Delivery Times
Estimated production and delivery times depend on the artwork's size, finish and delivery destination.

Please check the relevant product page and checkout for the latest estimated timings before placing your order.
Shipping Costs and International Orders
Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and applicable taxes will be displayed or clearly explained before checkout.
For international orders, we will explain whether import duties and taxes are prepaid or payable upon delivery.
Orders containing products with different production requirements may arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery Responsibility
Unless a different period is agreed, UK consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made, subject to applicable law.
If we cannot meet an agreed delivery deadline, we will contact you and explain the available options under applicable law.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, subject to applicable legal rules.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact hello@storea.art.
For large or framed artworks, please retain the outer packaging until you have inspected your purchase.
Delivery Address Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.
