References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean STOREA ART LIMITED.
2. Our Products
We sell printed artworks, canvases, framed pieces and bespoke artwork commissions.
Product descriptions specify the finish and materials supplied. Lifestyle images, room mockups and simulated textures are illustrative. Screen settings, lighting and print materials may cause reasonable colour variations.
Where an artwork is a reproduction rather than a hand-painted original, it will be described accurately. We do not claim raised texture, hand-applied impasto or genuine gold leaf unless the product actually includes these features.
3. Prices and Checkout
Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges and optional extras will be shown before checkout.
The checkout will clearly indicate when placing an order creates an obligation to pay.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If we cannot fulfil an order at the stated price, we will contact you and refund any payment taken where appropriate.
4. Order Acceptance
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email.
Before publishing: Confirm whether the purchase contract is formed when an order acceptance email is sent or when a dispatch confirmation is issued. The chosen approach must be implemented consistently.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
5. Production and Fulfilment
Artworks may be produced by independent professional printing and framing partners on our behalf.
Production and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
6. Bespoke Commissions
A bespoke commission includes:

Submission of your story and preferences.

Three preliminary creative concept directions.

Selection of one concept direction.

Development of one final artwork.

One reasonable refinement within the selected direction.

Your approval of the final artwork before production.
The three concept directions are not three fully finished artworks.
Additional revisions or material changes of direction may incur a charge of £75 per approved revision, with your agreement before work proceeds.
We will explain the expected concept, approval and production timetable before payment.
We may decline or request changes to unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate submitted material.
7. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property in Storéa's existing artworks, website content and original commissioned designs remains with STOREA ART LIMITED or its licensors.
Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or grant commercial reproduction rights.
Customers retain rights to their own stories and photographs and grant us a limited licence to use submitted material only to assess, design, produce and fulfil their commission.
Customers must have permission to submit photographs, text and other materials, including any necessary permissions from identifiable people.
We will not publish a customer's private story or commissioned artwork as a testimonial, portfolio example or advertisement without separate, explicit permission.
8. Consumer Rights and Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights and liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to the customer.
