Some stories are too personal to already exist in a collection. Storéa transforms meaningful people, memories and moments into artwork created around your individual story.
What's Included in Your Commission?
Your bespoke commission includes:

Tell Us Your Story: Submit your story, memories and creative preferences.

Explore Three Concepts: Receive three preliminary visual concept directions.

Choose Your Direction: Select the concept you would like us to develop.

Develop Your Artwork: We create one final artwork based on the selected direction.

One Refinement: Request one reasonable refinement within the selected direction.

Final Approval: Review and approve the final artwork before production.

Production and Delivery: Receive one physical artwork in the size and finish purchased.
The three concept directions are preliminary ideas, not three finished artworks or three physical prints.
Additional Revisions
One reasonable refinement within the selected direction is included.
Additional revisions or material changes of concept may be charged at £75 per approved revision, but only with your agreement before the additional work begins.
Timelines
Estimated timings for initial concepts, customer review, finalisation and delivery will be confirmed before publication.
Delays in receiving customer feedback or approvals may affect completion.
Before publication: Insert realistic and verified timelines for each stage of the commission.
Your Story and Privacy
We treat personal stories confidentially and use submitted material to fulfil your commission.
If your submission includes another person's photographs or personal information, please ensure you have the necessary permission.
We will seek separate, explicit permission before publicly displaying your story or commissioned artwork.
Cancellations and Consumer Rights
Genuinely personalised commissions may qualify for an exception to the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right where the legal requirements are met.
This does not remove your statutory rights if the artwork is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
